Smooth and seamless transition

Our implementation team takes great pride in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to ISO-Office.  We will work closely with you to minimize any disruption to your business during the transition.  The following are the key steps we follow as part of each transition project.

Step 1 – System customization

ISO-Office is custom tailored to meet your ISO’s needs.  During this stage, our team will meet with your key employees to discuss your unique needs.  We will customize our solution to meet your business rules and practices.  In some cases, clients may choose one of our pre-configured systems, designed to leverage industry best practices and standards.  Whatever the path may be, rest assured that your implementation will compliment your business perfectly.

Step 2 – Data import

Our software includes a unique feature that automatically imports existing terminal and transaction data.  Our system can import data from practically any file format.  We are also able to import data directly from other applications and websites, resulting in shorter ‘time to live’, stronger data integrity, and minimal business disruption for our customers.

Step 3 – Transaction uplink

Much of ISO-Office’s functionality depends on proper transaction feeds. We support both manual and automated feeds, as well as live feeds from many processors. Our Processor Certification program is key to ensuring that feeds are delivered properly. New processor transaction feeds can be certified and deployed in as little as 5 business days and are usually done at no cost.

Step 4 - Device activation uplink

Similar to Transaction uplink, device activation is processor specific and requires Processor Certification. ISO-Office supports all possible links including but not limited to XML feeds, SFTP, Web Services and Direct to DB methods. During this stage, we will determine which uplinks are required and if they should be deployed in full unattended modes or semi-manual.

Step 5 – Rollout

The final stage is the rollout.  Our team will work with you to determine the most effective rollout schedule for your ISO.  We may recommend introducing the new system in stages, depending on the complexity of your requirements.  Whether we are rolling out in stages, or all at once, our team is dedicated to working with you to minimize your effort and ensure a seamless transition.

Next: Maximize your return on investment.
